We have introduced our Driver CPC training courses to compliment our existing core business as a key supplier of agency LGV drivers in the Midlands.
Mercury Recruitments Driver CPC training department is operated by qualified LGV drivers, assessors and trainers, and is accredited and approved by JAUPT (Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training). We aim to offer five courses, each of 7 hours duration, to comply with legislation and the JAUPT syllabus.
If you hold an LGV licence prior to 10th September 2009, you will have acquired rights and this is applicable for 5 years, but during the 5 year period you must have attended 35 hours of Driver CPC Periodical Training, at an approved centre, and your details entered on the DSA database by the end of the 5 years.

- Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations
- EU Tachograph Regulatons
- Penalties for Infringements
- Daily Walk Round Checks & Defect Reporting
- Course Evaluation & Close
Course includes: attendance certificate, download onto the DSA database, course notes and refreshments.
Training venues: Droitwich, Bristol, Greenford, Rugby, Tamworth, Thirsk
but can also be carried out inhouse subject to numbers and facilities available.
